1. High voltage coil is wound with high-quality polyurethane enamelled round copper wire, and low-voltage coil is wound with cable paper wrapped wire. The interlayer insulation uses adhesive tape. During the coil drying process, it begins to melt at a certain temperature, producing adhesion. With the increase of temperature, it starts to solidify, so that adjacent layers of the winding can be reliably bonded into a fixed unit to prevent coil winding displacement, thus ensuring the safety and reliability of the insulation structure.

The iron core is made of silicon steel sheet or amorphous alloy silicon steel sheet rolled with grain orientation, which can ensure that the magnetic flux flow direction is consistent with the grain orientation of silicon steel sheet, so that the excellent performance of the material can be fully exerted, the no-load loss is far lower than the standard requirements, and it is fastened with special core curing paint, further effectively reducing the noise level of the transformer.
3. Cylindrical oil tank shall be used. The oil tank shall be fully sealed to enhance the reliability of operation. Normal operation is maintenance free.
